Healthy living,
made human
We all want the same simple things: to feel good, sleep well,
and enjoy the life we have. But knowing what actually helps? That’s the hard part. There’s so much advice out there, and so much of it contradicts the next thing you read. B10.life exists to cut through that noise — to turn trustworthy knowledge into plain, honest language, so you can make good choices for yourself.

What B10 means
The name carries our whole idea. The B stands for best. So
does the 10 the highest score you can get. And together
they read as Bio: the natural way. In short: getting the best out
of yourself and your life, as naturally as you can.
To make healthy living clear, honest, and within
reach for everyone no jargon, no hype, no
judgment.
We believe you feel your best when body and mind are in balance. Not through strict rules or expensive cures, but through small, doable steps you can carry with you for life — wherever you happen to be starting from.
For your health not against your doctor
Let’s be clear about one thing from the start: B10.life is not against conventional medicine. Sometimes a medicine or a doctor is exactly what you need, and then that’s the best choice, full stop. Doctors do vital work, and good care often begins with them.
What we add is attention to everything you can do yourself: how you move, eat, sleep, and unwind. And sometimes, natural approaches that can genuinely help. So think of us not as a replacement for your GP, but as a companion alongside them — here to help you stay well and feel good.
Why some things haven’t been studied

You might wonder: if something works, why don’t we simply know it
does? The answer is often surprisingly plain. Research costs money, and that money tends to flow toward things a company can profit from. A natural remedy that no one can own or patent rarely gets funded — and so it rarely gets studied.
That doesn’t mean it works. It just means we don’t know yet. And we’d rather tell you that honestly than fill the silence with promises we can’t keep.
The person behind B10.life

B10.life was founded by Alexander Kudus, and his path runs straight throughboth worlds.
Alexander is a trained physiotherapist and clinical epidemiologist. In the past, he also worked as an orthomolecular therapist, a fascia therapy teacher, and an acupuncturist.
He once trained as an orthomolecular therapist a way of treating people with nutrition and supplements. He learned a great deal, but he also walked away, put off by how much nonsense was being preached and by how many of the courses turned out to be set up by the very companies selling the products. Still, one lesson stayed with him: some supplements really can help, as long as you keep a critical eye.
As a former acupuncturist and teacher, he knows natural medicine from the inside. And through his scientific training, he knows exactly how to judge whether something truly works. That combination is rare: open to the unknown, but never fooled by a good story.
Honest about everything science included
Science isn’t flawless either, and that’s worth saying out loud. Not every study from the past still holds up when researchers try to repeat it. That’s not a scandal it’s how good science works: it dares to correct itself, and we see that as a strength.
So at B10 we look at everything with the same honest eye natural approaches and conventional ones alike. No hype, no passing trends. Just a level-headed look at what works, shared in a way that actually makes sense.

Toward your ten
Health doesn’t have to be complicated. With the right, honest information, you
can already get a long way on your own. That’s what B10.life is here for: to
help you take it step by step, and get the best out of your life.
Welcome to B10. We’re glad you’re here.
